At LuckySpike, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our straightforward policy ensures a smooth refund and return process for eligible purchases. We strive to provide clarity and support whenever you may need assistance with your transactions.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory.
  • Returned items should be in their original packaging and unused.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days upon approval.

Refund policy

If the customer receives the wrong size or color, we will unconditionally refund or resend the order if the customer orders the wrong size or color, he will be responsible for the wrong loss.

If there is any quality problem with the product you receive, or if the product is seriously damaged, I will refund or resend it unconditionally

If the package is lost, we will confirm the status of the package with the logistics provider.  After obtaining the correct package information status, we will re-send the package to the customer, or refund the customer (in the most efficient way).
If the shipment time is too long (more than 30 days) and the customer cannot wait, we will refund or resend it quickly. If a package has arrived at its destination and is automatically returned because the customer has not retrieved the package for a long time, we will resend or refund the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 3 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

luckyspikellc@gmail.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Website will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Successful eCommerce is a continuous journey, not a single event. We don’t provide services that lack sustainability—ongoing optimization will always remain our priority.

Traditional Marketing Services

While we excel in digital marketing and eCommerce strategies, we do not offer traditional marketing services such as print advertising or offline promotions.
